Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Temple (SLNT) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in New Berlin, Wisconsin (Tax ID 46-3932976). This policy covers this website, including donations, seva bookings, and household records.
Information you give us
When you donate, book a seva, rent the hall, volunteer, or contact us, we may collect your name, mobile number, email, gotram, nakshatram, family member names, and the details of your offering. Household records from checkout are saved after PayPal confirms the payment. If you enter your mobile as a returning devotee, we look up your household so we can fill sankalpa details from a previous booking.
Necessary cookies and session telemetry
These are required to run the website, cart, donations, and security controls. They are not optional and are not used for advertising. Each visit, the site stores a short-lived session id and sends a telemetry record that may include:
We use this to protect checkout, rate-limit abuse, and debug outages. We do not sell it.
Processors we use
- PayPal: payments. Card, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay details are entered on paypal.com. This site never receives card numbers.
- Supabase: household records and session telemetry.
- Email: if you ask us to send a temple receipt after payment.
How long we keep it
Donation records are kept as needed for tax and bookkeeping. Name, gotram, nakshatram, mobile, email, and family member names are kept with the household so we can fill sankalpa for a returning booking and attach later gifts to the same family. We do not use that detail for advertising. Session telemetry is operational data; we may delete older rows when they are no longer needed for security or debugging.
